About the Role
The Chef is responsible for developing, ordering, preparing, and cooking a nutritious seasonal menu that meets the highest standards and aligns with the Australian Dietary Guidelines. The Chef will cater for up to thirty-five people, providing meals for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper, including catering for special dietary requirements. The Chef has full oversight and responsibility for the kitchen and dining room, ensuring adherence to safe food practices and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
