We are searching for a Full Time Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the outlet’s operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant and bar management as well as, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimise waste and maximise profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to drive business growth and profitability
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
