We are seeking an experienced business analyst who is passionate about using data to derive insights, narratives, and meaning. If you excel in crafting compelling narratives through data and possess a sharp ability to create customized reports and dashboards, you could be the ideal candidate for our Business Analyst position.
The Business Analyst will be pivotal in fostering a culture of assessment and involvement, working closely with our strategic business units to execute strategies aimed at gathering information and data. This role is essential in building our knowledge base and measuring the impact of the programs and services we deliver to the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tools for managing tickets of work, field activity reports, artifacts, and costs (Labor and material).
- Ensure tools are cloud-based and user-friendly for field technicians.
- Integrate tools seamlessly with Xero and MYOB financial packages.
- Ensure compatibility with various customer portal applications.
- Convert purchase orders to work packages and generate accurate billing and cash collection systems.
- Produce comprehensive financial, project, and business development reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyse requirements for system enhancements.
- Design and document system architectures, workflows, and data models.
- Generate work packages for the workforce in India.
- Communicate effectively with Indian resources to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems, addressing user queries and issues promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals.
It is desirable if you have:?
- Experience in field management tool development.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their integration with financial packages.
- Ability to produce and analyse management reports.
- Experience in managing and communicating with a remote workforce (Available to speak in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali) will be advantageous.
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, and payroll apps.
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis or related disciplines are preferred
Remuneration
$70,000 - $90,000
