Job Title: Sheetmetal Tradesworker - Production Team Member

Position Overview: As a Sheetmetal Tradesworker on our Production Team, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of our custom ceiling and wall systems. You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components for suspended ceiling systems and steel wall framing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine material requirements and installation procedures.
• Operate and maintain sheet metal machinery and equipment, including shears, brakes, presses, and rollers.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to precise specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a sheetmetal tradesworker, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Relevant trade certification or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with custom ceiling systems and steel wall framing systems.
• Additional certifications in welding, CNC operation, or other related skills.
Qualifications: A trade qualification or at least three years of relevant experience.
Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a similar environment.
