Corporate recruitment experience, including Executive appointments, across a broad range of niche roles including Marketing/Ecommerce/Digital/Supply Chain/Merchandising/HR. Prior experience recruiting within the Retail industry would be advantageous
End-to-end talent acquisition; demonstrating the capability to follow process and align communication and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line
Hiring manager and stakeholder management; the ability to manage expectations and set standards for positive working relationships
Understanding recruitment process analytics and reporting and delivering insights to immediate hiring managers and stakeholders
Talent pool creation management and optimisation; demonstrating an understanding of the candidate market and aligning talent for future opportunities
