Manage complex caseload of ER/IR matters.
Provide accurate and timely guidance and assistance on employee relations and industrial relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolution.
Offer specialist coaching and advice to senior leaders on a broad range of people management topics, emphasising the creation and sustenance of engaged and high-performing teams.
Develop and implement robust and fit-for-purpose resources to support leaders and employees in navigating HR matters.
Facilitate professional development goals and training needs of staff, both internal and external
