As the tech industry continues to grow exponentially, we’re looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join us on our journey providing ‘go to market’ recruitment solutions across JAPAC.
The Role
? 360-degree recruitment role (recruiting across SAAS sales, marketing, and customer success)
? Maintain a pipeline of work by leveraging new and existing client accounts and conducting business development.
? Build and nurture key talent pipelines, ensuring you always have a warm pool of talent to decrease job fill time
? Work closely with clients to take detailed job briefs based on role scope and culture fit
? Leverage key channels to headhunt and assess talent for roles
? Be attentive in recognising company / industry trends to initiate business development strategies
? Manage recruitment with strong process control and attention to detail
? Collaborate internally on sourcing strategies and account management
? Use technology effectively to manage candidate and client information
? Provide support and mentorship to junior members of staff
? Support broader talent community initiatives such as ‘women in tech sales’ events and nurturing activities
Your background
Australian citizen, Permanent Resident or degree qualified with at least 2 years’ experience working in a 360-degree role (or 5 years’ experience without a degree to satisfy AUS visa requirements)
Clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven stakeholder management skills, with an ability to influence decision-making processes
