We are seeking for a truly passionate hospitality professional who has a bright and bubbly personality to represent and be the first impression of Q Dining! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages.
- Delivering food & beverage items to tables.
- Providing all customers with memorable, personal and unique experiences showcasing Hyde Hacienda’s flair and glamour.
- Maintaining product knowledge and maximising bar sales.
- Keeping your section of the floor organised.
- Ensure that dockets are written clearly and correctly so the cashier and kitchen can fulfill their duties effectively.
- Promptly answer the telephone and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
