About the team
This important role has a strong focus on improving the support SIRA provides to families following the loss of a family member as a result of a road crash. The role sits in the Customer Service & Operations directorate and works closely with a second Principal Liaison Coordinator and the CTP Assist team.
Your day-to-day
Liaise with families to provide specialist support with the CTP claims process following a road crash related fatality (including minors)
