About You
Experience in the mining and energy sectors at a leading Australian or international firm
Strong background in M&A transactions and/or project development
Genuine interest in the sectors and a willingness to learn
Ability to manage large matters and build strong relationships with clients

Advise on acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and project development in the mining and energy sectors
Work with a range of clients, including global mining, oil and gas, and energy companies
Gain exposure to complex and interesting transactions
Collaborate with a team of experienced Partners and lawyers
