INARA DINING is a delightful and inviting restaurant known for its exquisite Levantine culinary offerings, warm atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences.
We are currently seeking a talented Full Time Cook (at least 38 hours per week) to join our team.
Your duties:
• Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
• Support the ordering of food and supplies
• Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
• Infusing flavors by adding seasonings
• Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner of the cooking process
• Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
• Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
• Develop menu suggestion
• Check on store food and supplies are delivered
• Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment
The candidate:
• We are looking for a reliable, committed and detail-oriented person
• at least 3 years of relevant experience
• have strong organisational and time management skills.
