Key Responsibilities:
- Create and bake a variety of cookies and pastries, adhering to our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with our team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of all baked goods.
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a kitchen environment.
- Formal culinary training or equivalent pastry certification is a plus.
- Strong creativity and a passion for baking.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
