About the role
Workplace Culture is a pivotal workstream within the Chief People Office, offering a chance to shape and enhance our team dynamics across the City of Gold Coast. As a Workplace Culture Partner, you'll directly assist leaders and their teams in fostering a vibrant and sustainable culture.
Key responsibilities include: Consulting with leaders on tailored culture solutions to support team performance Designing and delivering bespoke team workshops Managing culture surveys and related activities Driving culture initiatives aligned with our corporate events calendar Administrative duties will also be part of the role Conducting reporting and analytics for workplace culture activities
