Job Description
The Operational Excellence Lead assists with the development and implementation of Operational Excellence strategies for Albemarle at the Kemerton Lithium Refinery and oversees the tactical implementation. This role serves as the primary partner between department teams to improve and advance the interests of the Kemerton Lithium Refinery by providing standardised policy, procedural guidance and implementation.
