About the Position The Team Leader, Agreements works as part of a team providing direct support to Commissioner Member relations to enterprise agreements. The Team Leader ensures the efficient and effective management of Fair Work Commission (Commission) agreement matters from lodgement until they are allocated to Commission Members.
The Team Leader will use their leadership, attention to detail and ability to innovate to maintain or improve performance against timeframes imposed by legislation and the Commissions performance measures.
