Staff engagement, recruitment, performance management and retention,
Budget management and performance,
Employee development,
Business development and/or portfolio management,
Stakeholder relationships,
Compliance,
Process improvement, and
Reporting.
Provide technical expertise to clients and staff, Involvement in project teams within the Southern Region and national business, Representing the business at various industry forums as required. WHO YOULL BE WORKING WITH Reports to the Eastern States executive team.
