Administration Officer
Location: Canning Vale
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented seasoned Administration Officer, to join our team at our brand new premises in Canning Vale.
This role requires someone to come on-board, to assist with the set-up of the facilities administrational functions, to ensure the office requirements and run the admin functions moving forward.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and requires you have demonstrated knowledge of Accounts and Purchasing activities along with general/typical administrational functions. Those with l ocal or international freight experience and inventory management would be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
Accurately enter data into our systems.
Perform accounting tasks.
Support the team with various office duties as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
