Supporting the Senior Document Controller you'll be:
? Processing documentation, including vendor data.
? Entering & updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor.
? Allocating and controlling numbering of documents and drawings.
? Overseeing SharePoint site administration.
? Maintaining a high level of metadata capture to facilitate retrieval of records, including plant and equipment numbering.
About you:
? 3 years experience.
? Strong working knowledge of electronic document management systems.
? Proficient in MS Office.
? Good verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
