Your primary purpose is to to complete all business administrative tasks, general accounts and scheuduling for the trades. This role is varied!
Key Responsibilities for the role
Provide a high level of client service to all internal and external points of contact
Issuing purchase orders/scheduling of jobs and updating the scheduler when booking times change, including emailing clients about booking times.
Manage shared National inbox emails, ensuring all communication is actioned, categorised and filed correctly.
Manage the daily and weekly job scheduler within the job management
