Our client is a government agency based in Brisbane that provides a multitude of products and services to deliver strategic project plans across a variety of education projects. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add an Advisor to their team to assist with the planning of their town planning and infrastructure programs and capital works projects.
Your new role
Provide advice on town planning and infrastructure matters to during the planning phase of new schools projects, including analysiss, evaluations, and business cases
Lead the liaison with internal and external stakeholder groups, including government agencies, local councils, property developers and land owners
Lead all phases of Development Application processes, from preparation of documentation to approval, including management of external consultants in collaboration with the internal Project Lead
