WSP's Surface Water Team are currently seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join their industry leading group of technical specialists. Utilise your extensive technical knowledge and experience as you deliver on iconic Mine Water projects.
Based from our Brisbane office, you will be part of a Mining team who help their clients to optimise performance, boost profitability, and operate responsibly. We have a comprehensive understanding of the mining industry and current issues including decarbonisation and understand future ready strategies are critical to countering these issues, capitalising on opportunities, and adding value to businesses.
What youll do:
Providing technical guidance and assisting with the completion of non-Newtonian dam break assessments.
Conducting rainfall, flow and flood assessments, including modelling, mapping, flood mitigation design, and risk assessments.
Providing technical leadership for a range of water management related studies and investigations from pre-feasibility through to detailed design.
