Job Description
If successful, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Providing advice on the full range of employment law matters.
Act for a range of clients, and manage your files from start to finish.
Advise on entitlements and regulations under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
Be competent in drafting and advising on complex employment law, IR, workplace relations matters.
Support and act for individuals and businesses, work closely with your clients to support in their employment matters in drafting, advising and briefing on both simple and complex legal issues.
Support in the firms reputation, client growth and further expand their service offering.
Maintain the firms reputation by upholding excellence, their values and client service.
Train junior lawyers and mentor/ supervise their work when needed.
Run workshops, training session and attend relevant industry events on
