Part-Time Payroll Officer opportunity to manage a small fortnightly payrun Your new company You will be contributing to one of Sydney's premier, up-and-coming service providers that are expanding to vendors throughout Sydney's CBD and outskirts suburbia. You will be assisting the finance manager 2-3 days a week with their fortnightly pay-runs followed by all payroll associated reporting duties. The company is based on the outskirts of the Sydney CBD near chic cafés as well as many internal office perks considering their industry. Your new role In this permanent, part-time role, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager, taking control of;
End to end payroll for 100+ employees, fortnight payruns
First point of contact to all T&A system enquiries and management
Some manual time sheet processes
All payroll month end reporting (reconciliations, payroll tax, journals)
Award interpretations
What you'll need to succeed
Happy to work in part-time hours
Experience with ADP Payroll software
Previous experience in standalone payroll environments
Knowledge in T&A system processes
Expert knowledge in end to end payroll and EBA interpretations
Excellent verbal and written communications
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
