Responsibilities:
Build and expand the existing tenant databases by actively canvassing businesses and gathering key information to support business decision-making.
Utilise your contacts and skills to identify potential tenants, assess their suitability, and make recommendations to the Director of Leasing.
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, and successfully close deals.
