Job description
About the Role As an EL1 Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in delivering quality outcomes across the Service Design and Improvement functions. Reporting under broad direction, this role involves managing complex projects, resolving issues and risks, and supporting team leadership in planning and coordination. As a Scrum Master, you will manage project scope and timelines, coordinate sprints and retrospective meetings, and coach team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices. You'll work with product owners to handle product backlogs and guide development teams towards higher scrum maturity. Building a productive environment and managing project governance are also key responsibilities.
