We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Migration Agent or Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, citizenship, and compliance issues. Our success rate is 90% and the business located in NSW.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice on immigration laws and policies
- Prepare and lodge visa applications and appeals
- Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities
- Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and develop migration strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in immigration legislation and policy
- Manage a caseload and ensure timely and accurate processing of applications
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and immigration authorities
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff/ admin staff as needed
**Requirements**
- Registered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) or a
qualified Lawyer with a focus on immigration law
- Minimum of 1 year of experience registered and in a migration environment for several years
- Strong knowledge of Australian immigration laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using migration management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Second language proficiency is an advantage but not essential
