What we?re looking for:
Tertiary qualification in related field or higher
Demonstrated experience in a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) role, proven ability to forecast and project traffic volume
Interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate technical issues in a concise and understandable manner
Proactive in acquiring and learning new skills in the evolving SEO field
Experience in Higher Education or highly regulated industry is desirable
This role involves close collaboration with our colleagues, university partners and managers based in Australia. As such, candidates should be comfortable with coordinating across time zones and exhibit flexibility to effectively accommodate the time zone difference
Technical/Further Skills
Experience with content management systems including WordPress and Drupal
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Trends, and Keyword Planner
Experience with SEO tools such as ScreamingFrog, SEMrush, AHREFs, or equivalent
A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
