Summary:
Our client, Haltech, is seeking to add a Netsuite/Web Developer to their dynamic team. Since 1986, Haltech has led the automotive industry with cutting-edge engine management technology, providing unparalleled customer support and innovative solutions.
The purpose of the role is to maintain, create and implement and manage Haltech's Netsuite integrations both internal and public facing with regard to best practices for security and ensure systems are operating and meet minimum service delivery requirements for business operation. The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain and enhance Netsuite integrations and web systems to ensure service delivery goals are met.
- Ensure systems meet security best practices and operational requirements.
- Produce high-quality, stable, and efficient code.
- Handle change requests and tickets promptly.
- Optimise code for speed and maintainability.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless integration.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Document all created systems and processes.
- Conduct ongoing quality reviews of Netsuite implementations.
- Maintain good operational status of NetSuite. Ensure 99.95 operational. No more than 4.386 hrs downtime per year.
- Service Delivery KPIs. Uptime to meet goal of 99.9%. No more than 8.77 hours downtime per year.
- Velocity (Speed) and accuracy of solutions and code produced in line with Jira metrics and agreed timelines.
- HTML basic understanding.
- Word press theme/plug-in high level developer skills.
- Produce Documentation for created systems.
- Save search customisation and workflow analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively, meeting personal goals as agreed with Manager.
- Work effectively and support other team members with technical guidance.
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
- 3-5 years of ERP integration experience with Netsuite.
- High-level competency in Netsuite best practices providing ongoing evaluation and implementation.
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, particularly SuiteScript.
- Ability to work independently as part of a remote team.
- JavaScript language knowledge - Extensive (SuiteScript).
- Work as part of a remote team without direct supervision at times.
- PHP language basic skill.
- OOP (Object-oriented) programming model understanding.
- Database knowledge.
