Experian is seeking a Presales Consultant to join our Data Quality team in ANZ. This exciting role centres around delivering a high-quality experience to our customers during the acquisition and onboarding stages of our Data Quality software and data solutions. In this role, you will help guide sales pitches, provide technical expertise, develop value propositions and serve as a trusted advisor to our customers.
Experian Data Quality provides consulting, software, and services to help clients maximise the quality of their data. We empower our clients to provide outstanding consumer experiences across websites, apps, and other channels; to improve deliverability of their goods through eCommerce; to help detect fraud and comply with regulation; and to better understand and communicate with their customers.
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Approximately 3 or more years of experience in presales or sales engineering.
- Excellent questioning and analysis techniques to identify customer needs, design solutions and identify and track business and technical requirements.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects (workshop, demonstrations, training)
- Strong experience solving technical problems and troubleshooting technical issues.
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
Supporting client relationships
- Work with our clients and partners to design Data Quality solutions that use Experian data quality software to meet clients' needs and clearly explain the solutions' projected Return on investment/business benefits.
- Perform Proof of Concept or Proof of Value exercises with clients to help position the value of our solutions.
- Be the internal liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams and ensure the commercial and technical viability of proposed solutions.
Innovation and efficiency
- Help improve our software by sharing clients' experiences with product managers and developers. And using prior experience and research to help develop new solutions and services.
