What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
- Strategic Planning: Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic business plans that focus on new business development, aligned with forecasted business results.
- Client Engagement: Conduct company solution presentations or demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our value and expertise.
- Opportunity Analysis: Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financial aspects, and evaluating options to resolve internal priorities.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales KPIs set by the management.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Take on other duties as assigned by your superior.
What We Need from You (Job Requirements) :
- Educational Background:
- Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience.
- OR Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Location: Willingness to work in Kota Damansara, PJ
- Contractual yearly basis
