Your new role As an IT Helpdesk Technician, Level 2, you will be at the heart of the IT operations, ensuring that their internal systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing Level 2 technical support for end-users.
Troubleshooting a variety of software and hardware issues.
Responding to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintaining detailed records of user requests and resolutions.
Assisting with system upgrades and patches.
Collaborating with team members to improve support processes
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A customer-oriented approach.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous.
