Bernardi's are looking for a bright, bubbly and helpful Deapartment Champion for our Supermarket. ABOUT THE ROLE.... A Department Champion is responsible for the day to day functions of their given dept and assists giving direction to their other team members within that department. They report directly to the ASM (Assistant Store manager). A key aspect of this role is ensuring the daily department task list/routines are carried out and mentoring and coaching their team to achieve these goals.
