About the Role:
Our Restaurant Manager at Mad Mex is the point person for every facet of our restaurants operations. We call our managers Business Managers because the business is exactly what they are responsible for. This is a Full-Time position and will be required to work 40 hours across a 5-day working week including early mornings, nights & weekends if required.
Each week you will be forecasting sales, managing stock, driving your team, and first and foremost building your business by delivering fantastic service and the World's Best Burritos.
