Norco have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the leadership team at our busy milk manufacturing site at Labrador.
Reporting to the Senior Production Coordinator, the successful candidate will provide supportive and effective leadership to their team, oversee shift operations and ensure safety, quality, and performance requirements are met, whilst aligning with our company values and Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator:
Oversee shift operations to ensure all product is delivered in full and on time.
Lead performance management, absence management, reward and recognition, recruitment, and training for your team.
Lead by example and coach others to create a work culture in line with our Code of Conduct and values.
Ensure employees adhere to SOPs, Golden Safety Rules, and our WHS management system.
