They have just picked up multiple Commerical, Education and Government projects and need experienced Site Managers to join their organisation.

To be successful in securing this job you will have recent experience as a Site Manager on a mixture of Commerical, Education and Milti-res projects worth $15m and above. You will also have a proven track record of hitting key milestones on time.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager , you will be responsible for the coordination of the trades people and subcontractors on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones. Great career progression as the company anticipates a strong growth in the years to come, creating more opportunities internally. Ideally you will be able to write and organise a working program. Your Experience and Qualifications
Must have recent experience as a Site Manager
Confidence in your abilities to communicate with management and sub contractors alike
Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
Experience in writing reports, monthly and ongoing
Understanding of key milestones in the high rise construction process
You must be able to show longevity with previous companies
