About the Position: An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Governance Officer Administration (45,015) in our Corporate, Governance and Financial Services Directorate based in Moranbah. Reporting to the Manager Governance and Corporate Services this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Management team in an effective, efficient, and highly confidential manner. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operative of the Governance and Corporate Services group administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high level administrative support with the Audit & Risk Committee, such as preparation of agendas, minute taking, maintain action list, arranging rooms, travel, and equipment for meetings.
Assist with the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, templates etc
Provide administrative support in maintaining Corporate Registers.
