About the Role:
Communicate and negotiate with clients to resolve overdue accounts
Following up to ensure commitments made by clients are met
Liaise with internal stakeholders and key external contacts such as solicitors and brokers
Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others
Adhere to organisational policy & compliance.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and maintain a keen attention to detail.
Hours: This is a full-time position, working 8.30am-5.30pm Mon - Fri working 3 days a week in the CBD office.
What You Will Bring:
2 years experience in a collections environment ideally with exposure to home loans and mortgages
Extremely clear and high level communication skills
Experience negotiating with customers and setting up realistic payment plans
Fantastic customer service and ability to deliver positive customer experiences
Ability to avert, manage and escalate conflicts as required
Able to understand and translate complex information to others in a simple, effective way
