Position: Systems Analyst (Full-time – 38 hours per week).
Location of workplace: 3-35 Mackey Street North Geelong VIC 3215.
Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 + 11.5% Superannuation.

Statotech specilises in Consulting, Software Development, QA Testing, Mobile App Development, Recruitment, Automation, DevOps, ERP and Payroll Flexible engagement models to optimize ability to deliver IT projects at the affordable and speedy manner.
Statotech solutions is looking for an experienced systems analyst for full-time, who should have the experience and skills to work independently.
To be considered for the role the candidate will need to have relevant IT qualification and at least 3 years’ experience in a Systems Analyst role.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Examining current systems and carrying out regular reviews of how well they are supporting the organisation.
2. Establishing the needs of the organisation and the goals of each project.
3. Talking to users and establishing their needs from the system.
4. Solving problems with existing systems.
5. Designing, testing and implementing new systems.
6. Liaising with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and to seek feedback.
7. Liaising with other IT staff such as programmers to produce new systems.
8. Managing projects to ensure IT changes do not disrupt the organisation.
9. Producing specifications and providing training for new or modified systems.
10. Continuously building your skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications required for the position:
• Have at least 3 years of full-time work experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Have relevant minimum Bachelor level qualification in IT Major.
• Problem-solving: must be good at problem-solving to find solutions that meet the company's needs.
• Critical thinking skills: you must think critically to identify problems and potential solutions. You must be able to assess a situation from all angles and make decisions that will improve the system.
• Analytical skills: The ability to collect and analyze data is essential for a business systems analyst. In this role, you must understand the data and identify trends to make recommendations to improve the system.
