Your Role:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with taxation and other statutory authorities, including managing transfer pricing documentation and direct and indirect tax returns. You will oversee the preparation of annual statutory financial reports and maintain updated knowledge of legislative changes, ensuring their implementation. Collaborating closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other departments, you will contribute to company-wide projects, provide training to the shared services team, and coordinate the Finance department's data gathering efforts.
Who You Are:
You are a seasoned finance professional with a solid background in statutory and secretarial responsibilities. Your qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree coupled with a CA or CPA certification, and you bring a robust understanding of Australian tax requirements and financial regulations. With at least 7-10 years of experience in finance roles within medium to large organizations, you are proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and possess advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Your analytical prowess enables you to question and interpret data effectively, while your strong communication and problem-solving skills make you a valuable team player.
