Task & Responsibilities Plan and Develop Advertising Campaigns: Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives. Advise on Advertising Strategies: Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, create consumer awareness, and effectively promote the attributes of goods and services. Coordinate Campaign Production: Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including specialized activities such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, ensuring completion within time and budget constraints. Analyze Consumer Data: Analyze data regarding consumer patterns and preferences. Predict Market Trends: Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends. Conduct Market Research: Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services, collecting and analyzing data and other statistical information. Support Business Growth: Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs. Commission Market Research: Commission and undertake market research to identify opportunities for new and existing goods and services. Advise on Marketing Elements: Advise on all elements of marketing, such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels. Qualification & Experience Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. experience in a marketing role, preferably within the cleaning or service industry. Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Canva is highly desirable. Knowledge of the cleaning and maintenance industry is a plus.
