Day to day
In this role you will be responsible for:
Assisting operational and other planning team personnel with implementation and compliance to plan, gathering and analysing data for all short-term planning activities and operational activities including daily pit visits and participation in key meetings.
Liaising with technical, operational and maintenance staff to guide allocation of resources to achieve the mine plan.
Supporting in the development of the rolling weekly plan.
Assisting in continuous improvement and process development projects.
Who you are
To be successful in this role you have:
Bachelor qualifications in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline
Exposure to an Open Pit Mining environment would be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and reporting skills
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
