Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a creative approach to food preparation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications.
Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and hygienic manner.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to provide exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Chef in a reputable restaurant or similar establishment.
Must have hands-on experience in western style cuisine
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high standards.
Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred.
Must be able to work unsupervised.
Must be able to relocate.
Benefits
Salary Package: AUD $73,000 plus super.
