Your new role
Due to company growth, this client is seeking a driven and experienced Office Manager to complement their Sunshine Coast team and support the Director of the business. Key duties will involve the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and create contracts for subcontractors, which include arranging work orders and submitting tender requests.
Operational administration support for the whole office includes supporting the Director with any ad hoc duties as well as sales support for the business.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency within contract management.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation such as invoices, SWMS insurance details and company details.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Maintaining all social media for the company and implementing innovative marketing ideas.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires a candidate who has experience within the commercial construction industry, ideally with a proven working background as an Office Manager or Contracts Administrator.
You will ideally have a strong background within the commercial construction industry or construction industry with strong working knowledge of contract administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and a "can-do" attitude along with a strong work ethic are essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to complete tasks independently, additionally work within a team environment as required
