Key Responsibilities:
Conduct the formal stocktake of organization assets under general direction.
Update and maintain details of stocktake assets using Excel spreadsheets.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during stocktake processes.
Coordinate stocktake activities by liaising with staff and preparing necessary correspondence.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
