As a long-standing, commercial boutique this firm is well-known and regarded in its area. They have been a go-to firm for a range of predominantly SME clients for around two decades.
The freeing up of some office space is allowing for a further strengthening of their litigation and disputes offering.
You can expect to primarily cover commercial disputes, there will also be some civil matters.
You will work directly with two partners and their litigation team and will have your primary focus on an atypical, complex dispute a rare example within WA.
In addition, the strong front-end offering feeds a range of corporate and commercial disputes, plus activity across the building and construction, property and estate dispute sectors (among others).
