The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Security Systems Engineer responsible for Infrastructure, Digital Cloud, and Network Security.
Your role will involve investigating security incidents, implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures, and ensuring system security, security audits and monitoring network activity.
The Responsibilities:
Maintain security systems, analyse security requirements, and recommend improvements.
Ensure infrastructure and network adhere to established security operating models and CIS controls.
Assist with security risk assessments and audits.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Respond to security incidents and manage incident response processes.
Monitor network activity for security breaches and investigate violations.
Assist in managing anti-phishing training and annual penetration testing programs.
Provide security training and awareness programs for staff.
Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
Recommend security enhancements to management and/or senior IT team.
