As our Technical Specification and Sales Manager, you will be a critical member of our Growing Sales team, responsible for promoting and developing sales strategies alongside management and the sales teams. Your technical knowledge will help grow our brand awareness within the architecture and design sector and work alongside all stake holders.
Experience.
At least five years of full time work experience in Sales and Technical within the building industry or a relevant Bachelor degree in Business/ Sales and Marketing and two years of work experience. Technical Background in the Building and Infrastructure industry.
Skills Required / Tasks.
-In Depth understanding of interior building products, in particular suspended ceilings and wall coverings.
-Understanding of acoustic performance for the above products
-The ability to read and understand architectural drawings and plans
-To advise architects/builders and contractors on the installation of the above products.
-Manage sales portfolio and accurately forecast future orders for the business.
-Negotiating prices and credit terms with Tier one contractors.
Role and Responsibilities.
-Develop Sales Strategies and develop Sales targets for the company.
-Implement strategies within the sales team to promote the business to the current market place and reach the Sales Targets.
-This will include promoting the business brand and image in the market place.
-Develop new relationships within the Building industry.
-Maintain existing relationship with key customers.
-Build Brand awareness through the Building Industry.
-Build and Maintain company presentations and performing to Architectural and Design firms.
-Maintaining and updating the technical library for the business relevant to the product range.
