As a New Graduate Physiotherapist, you will receive ongoing mentorship and support to develop your clinical skills and enhance your confidence in providing evidence-based care to patients. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement various physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Eligibility for registration with AHPRA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
