You’ll be part of our innovative and well-respected Organisation Capability Team of five who design, develop and deliver initiatives covering a wide range of organisational development domains to make Leidos an even better place to work.
The Organisational Capability portfolio covers Diversity and Inclusion, Talent, Culture, Engagement, Leadership Development, Recognition, Learning, Engagement, Careers, Performance Development and the opportunity to get involved a range of other projects and some of our Leidos’ most interesting challenges.
We’re outcomes focused and offer a flexible, high trust team environment in an organisation where the HR Team is very highly regarded. We work in a truly hybrid way, but know that there is value in connection and face to face collaboration, so we get together at our Scoresby office once a week (plus the occasional extra, depending on what we’re working on).
Your New Role
The role will provide the opportunity to drive significant change:
- Within our Leadership landscapes
- e.g. partnering with the VP of HR on designing our Senior Leader offsites, influencing and/or translating US driven initiatives to land locally, and much more, and,
- By innovating then executing how we ‘do’ Talent Management at Leidos Australia.
On top of owned initiatives, the team’s collaborative ways of working will mean you will support and/or lead work in other OD domains as well.
