Staff4Me is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced DFO (Digital Financial Officer) Manager to join our finance team. As a DFO Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital financial operations of our organization and optimizing financial processes through the use of technology and automation. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital financial systems, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the digital financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Optimize financial processes by leveraging technology and automation, driving system enhancements, and implementing best practices.
  • Manage the digital financial team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and digital financial service providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital financial management.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a DFO Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital financial systems, technologies, and automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience optimizing financial processes through technology and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
